Travel Norway from Riksgrensen to Rombaken by bike or hiking.
- HIKING AND FJORD CRUISE TO ROMBAKSBOTN
We recommend that you take the train from Narvik to Katterat and walk down to Rombaksbotn.
The trek is 7 km and is suitable for all age groups, even for biking. The pathway is well marked and the trek takes approx. 2-3 hours. From Rombaksbotn you will be transported back to Narvik by boat. This is not an organised tour and can be done when it suits you. For those who like the sea you can elect to take the boat both ways. This tour is available from July to the 11th of September 2010.
Other activities throughout the year
Nature safari with the possibility of observing killer whales (in the winter time)and sea eagles, the option of fishing or combining trekking and fjord cruise to Rombaksbotn can be organised for groups, school classed or conferences even off-season. In cooperation with our partners we will tailor the stay to meet your needs.
